A Little About Us

We are located in the Northwest Houston area. Our owner is an IEC graduate who joined the trade and started his estimating career in the early 2000s and has accumulated over 18+ years of estimating experience. Having been very fortunate to have worked with some good companies and their experienced staffs who shared their knowledge and took the time to train us. We would now like to use this expertise to help new companies who are just starting up and also companies who have been established but need help bidding more work. We can help with just about any size project. We work on projects ranging from fast-food restaurants, gas stations, shopping strips, department stores, schools, higher education facilities, medical facilities, prisons, and pretty much anything in between.

We perform 100% takeoff, no averaging or short cuts.

-Full takeoff, partial takeoff (working along with your estimating team) and complete estimate with proposal submission services available.

-Plan/Drawing overlays (Useful for identifying changes made by addenda)
